Today we colored these cute Valentine's Day bears which doubled as a scissor cutting exercise! Unfortunately I didn't get many photos, as I was helping the kids with holding the scissors as we cut together. But look at these cute bears!

Today we tested out our new turtle balance stepping stones! We played games to work on our color recognition, enhance our balancing and coordination abilities, and we even learned a few facts about turtles! The kids were ready for a good nap once we finished!   January was a busy month for us! I'm catching up on sharing all of our photos this week. Keep an eye out! February is right around the corner! Parents please keep an eye out for information sent out today regarding Friendship week and our Valentine's Day party!  Today we did fun activities to work on recognizing and learning our letters. This week we'll begin working on making letter books! Once completed each child's book will come home with them so they can use them at home too!  Happy January! We had a great first week back!
